This is a free community event. Donations and sponsorships help fund the festival, including permits, staging, entertainment, cultural programming, vendor support, youth activities, marketing, and event operations.

How to get there & Parking

  • Public transportation or ride sharing services are the best way to get to Barrio Fiesta

  • City of Stockton Parking lots may be available, please follow posted hours and rules*

  • Saturday is Free Street Parking, please follow posted hours and rules*

*Park at your own risk. Barrio Fiesta organizers are not responsible for theft, break-ins, vehicle damage, or lost valuables. Lock your vehicle and secure all belongings. Illegally parked vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense. Parking fees are nonrefundable.

Weber Point Events Center, 221 N. Center Street, Stockton, CA 95202

  • From I-5 North, take Highway 4 East toward Downtown Stockton, exit at El Dorado Street, turn left and continue north on El Dorado Street, then turn left onto Miner Avenue and continue west to Center Street.

  • From I-5 South, take the Fremont Street exit, turn left onto Fremont Street, then turn right onto North Center Street; Weber Point Events Center will be ahead near Miner Avenue.

  • From Highway 99 North or South, take Highway 4 West toward Downtown Stockton and I-5, use the El Dorado Street/Center Street exit, turn right onto El Dorado Street, then turn left onto Miner Avenue and continue to Center Street.

To help ensure a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for everyone, all attendees must follow these festival rules.

General Rules:

  • No Weapons or Firearms

  • No Alcohol or Illegal Drugs

  • No Fighting, Harassment, or Disruptive Behavior

  • No Outside Food or Drinks

  • No Hard-sided Coolers

  • No Pets. Service Animals are Permitted

  • No Bicycles, Skateboards, or Scooters

  • No Unauthorized Vending or Solicitation

  • Dispose of Trash in Designated Containers

Follow All Directions From Festival Staff And Security. All Bags And Belongings Are Subject To Inspection. Anyone Who Violates These Rules May Be Denied Entry Or Removed From The Festival.
